Property Change Request Process

Planning to make changes to your property? A Property Change Request Form must be completed for all property change requests and submitted to the ACC for review.

How to get approval:

  • Complete a "Property Change Request Submittal Form" (available on our website)
  • Review your intended project with your adjacent neighbors and have them sign the form
  • Send the completed form and all supporting documentation to the ACC at deerparkhoa.acc@gmail.com
  • Depending on the complexity of the project, it may take up to 14 days to complete the approval process. Please plan ahead!

What needs ACC approval?

ACC approval is required for: basketball hoops, fences, building/replacing a deck, additions to your home or garage, installation of swimming pool or hot tub, covers for decks/pools/hot tubs, installation of swing sets/recreational equipment, tree removal, roof replacement, house painting (if changing color), sheds, and satellite dishes. This is not an exhaustive list – if you are seeking to make a significant change or addition to your property, check with the ACC first.

Covenants, Codes, Restrictions, and Easements (CCREs)

The DPHOA has established rules and regulations to maintain the neighborhood's value and uniformity. Homeowners are responsible for being aware of and complying with these CCREs.
